At Nation Life News, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide a hassle-free experience when you need to return or exchange an item.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How to Return an Item:
Conditions of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Some items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure that our products are packaged securely for shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (800) 555-1234. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us address the issue quickly.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and expedite the replacement of your product.
